sweet experience
walking through animals and plants around by riding an elephant and this is a sweet experience in my life.
Woaah
From childhood I admired and liked elephants and now being able to see elephants closer makes me happy and very amazing the elephant is indeed big and strong.
Family Fun relaxing Elephant Ride in wonderfully manicured grounds!!
This was a lovely, relaxing and fun family day out, for all ages and abilities.
We knew the park was well manicured, with a gift shop and huge restaurant with beautiful food, so we were not surprised when we got there.
The elephants did a small show of their skills, I guess no different to watching a dog show. The elephants looked healthy and cared for, with wonderful, clean and well manicured surroundings for them to live in. SO much better than the horrible and torturous conditions they would have been in prior to being rescued.
It was thrilling to be able to pat the baby elephants whist they were munching on sugar cane – which I am sure they loved. We were then able to hop on board an elephants seat on his/her back and go for a very peaceful and leisurely walk around the beautiful zoo grounds. Just like riding a big horse, but much more exciting.
We then waded through the pond, our elephant stopped for a drink and we got lots of photos taken with our camera from the park staff.
The lunch buffet (included in our price) was really unbelievable – so tasty, plentiful and catered to all sorts of tastes and nations. Drinks were extra, so don’t forget to bring some money. The gift shop was huge and we were able to buy a small souvenir for the kids, which they loved.
Well worth a visit, but keep in mind that this is a zoo, not a mountainous, wilderness experience in the jungles of Bali. It is very safe and controlled, ideal for young kids – which is certainly the way I want my elephant ride.
