Explore Bali’s stunning nature as you cycle amidst rice paddies, idyllic little villages. The journey begins in Kintamani, a mountainous region known for its breathtaking views of Mount Batur and its crater lake. Participants gather, and the cycling tour kicks off against the backdrop of the active volcano and the serene lake. The route involves descending through lush green landscapes and picturesque Balinese villages. As you ride downhill, you'll be surrounded by terraced rice fields, traditional houses, and the vibrant colors of tropical flora. One of the highlights of the tour is the chance to interact with the local villagers. You may stop at traditional Balinese homes, where friendly locals may offer insights into their daily lives.
The bike tour with guide Eva(n) was really good. It's all downhill, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. The biggest advantage is that you can feel the vivid atmosphere of Bali, such as spider experience, visits to Balinese homes, and local style coffee, while taking breaks in between. Evan was passionate about conveying the Balinese life and atmosphere and answered all my questions kindly. I took a lot of pictures and it was very nice. Additionally, this review was written in June 23. I think I went up to Mount Batu in 20, but I didn't go in the recent review. Actually, I really wanted to see Batusan, so I applied for both, but it seems that the composition of the program has changed slightly. The current tour information does not include Mount Batu and Lake Batu tours. After the bike tour, I went to Mount Batu separately. I took a grab taxi and went up again, but I received a separate entrance fee (50k rupiah per person) at the entrance to Mount Batu. Mount Batu and Lake Batu are must-see sights.

Click to read moreThe program was very good and the course was beautiful. It was good to drink refreshments and tea while watching the beautiful scenery from the AMORA ball, visit the elementary schools and the homes of Bali in the middle of the ride, feel the traditional culture, and enjoy the Hindu temples and farming fields and villages. The lunch was delicious. First of all, the guide `` Ming '' was very sincere and pleasantly explained to me. Next time I go to Bali, I want to ride with Ming again.
Click to read morePick up was on time and we left from Ubud. We first stopped for a coffee tasting . . . could of passed on that as it was a sales pitch. After that a quick snack for Breakfast was included and away we went on the entire downhill trip. The bikes had seen better days . . . but the ride was very nice. We have been to Bali many times but the guide was really good in sharing and answering questions about Balinese culture. We stopped at a local host and we learned so much about traditional family life in Bali. It was really interesting. If you like cycling this is a great day out.
