To my fellow Koreans, I highly recommend sticking to the 1-hour massage. I would definitely advise against the scrub and milk treatments.

They provided excellent service from start to finish. We were picked up punctually at the hotel, and upon arrival, the warm welcome set a positive tone. Their detailed checklist was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to relax without having to give verbal instructions to the therapists. The therapists, whose names I unfortunately forgot, attended to us at 3:00 pm on May 20, 2025. I appreciated their friendly humor during the session, which made the experience enjoyable. They also explained each treatment step and its benefits for the skin. From the soothing foot bath to the massage, body scrub, and final tub bath, every part was exceptional. The therapists were professional, never rushing us, and maintained a perfect balance of strict timing and genuine hospitality. When I return to Bali, I will definitely visit them again.

However, although the strength of the treatment was set to medium on the document, it was actually weak and I felt unsatisfied. When I told them in advance that I wanted to use a hair dryer and make up on the day of my return, they said there was no place to do my makeup. Since the place for the massage and the hair dryer were different, I had to move rooms, but in the end I was able to do my makeup in the place where I used the hair dryer. However, the time was very tight, so I don't recommend using the spa on the day of your return. Overall, the cost performance is good, but I recommend that you allow yourself plenty of time.
